The vision of company founder Adolf Dassler has long become reality, and his corporate philosophy the guiding principle for successor generations. The idea was as simple as it was brilliant. I received this but because I did not like the style, I am going to return it. I think it is a little bit baggy and make you look fat and round. It is also thick and I think it is good for winters when you want a warmer pant. Also, I should mention that the fabric does not have noise when it is rubbed together (Some training pants, is made of some fabric that make noise when rubbed together, but this is not of those kind of fabric). Overall,
The fabric is: (1) Thick (good for winters), (2) does not make noise like waterproof fabrics, (3) is not waterproof.
The style is:(1) straight (2) too big legs (or too loose) (3) was maybe half an inch short for someone who wear pants with inseam of 32 inch. (4) Large was good for someone who wears size 35 pants.

I have had a pair of these Adidas since we moved from California. Wore them constantly until they developed holes where the knees are but kept wearing them because of their comfort. I've shortened them since moving to Hawaii in 2004 and today they look like a mess BUT still wearable (LOL). I've been looking for something similar for the past couple of years and when I saw them at Amazon, had to buy it.
In the last couple of months I have purchased THREE of them! I also purchase a different Adidas when they didn't have the color and the size of these pants, but I don't like them as well. Therefore they sit in my dresser drawer. I have sensitive skin and I have a hard time finding clothing that doesn't irritate my skin. As it is, I am making my own T-shirts. But these pants are as comfortable as any I've ever worn, even though they can get a little warm here in Hawaii. So be it! Better to wear them and go around in my underwear (LOL!)
I only wish that they came with a back pocket for my wallet, but the side pockets are deep enough on these that my wallet doesn't fall out as they do with other pants. Most pants have shallow side pockets and when you put coins etc in them, they fall out while sitting. It's a scary feeling not knowing when you may lose a wallet from having shallow pockets.

Years ago I had a pair of these Adidas warm-ups, and they went the way of all old and used things. After having many alternatives since then, I saw these again on Amazon and placed my order. They're just as I remembered. Very comfortable, good looking, reasonable price. My only complaint is that there was insufficient info on the Amazon page to correctly pick my size. As a result I misordered medium when I should have ordered large, but a quick exchange fixed that. Now, I'm considering buying another pair in another color for back-up.
